This year our festival is being held at the legendary Bijou Theater in beautiful Eugene, Oregon.

We are proud to showcase a fantastic collection of the best independent films made over the last year. A range of features and shorts films from right here in the Pacific Northwest are being screened along with great new films from India., Canada, China, France, the Netherlands and U.K, and all across the globe.

Over 60 films featuring a variety of shorts & features in multiple categories that are listed this year in our program guide alphabetically as well as by specific category, all in order to help our visitors easily discover new films they might like to check out.
