One Armed Man

Dir: Tim Guinee

From Executive Producer Philip Seymour Hoffman, director Tim Guinee and Oscar-winning writer Horton Foote comes the chilling drama One Armed Man.

A wealthy cotton gin executive is confronted by Ned, a disgruntled former employee demanding the return of an arm lost in the gin’s machinery. Normally the executive offers five dollars, which is often taken to buy whiskey, and Ned leaves.

But today will be different.

The journey evolves from purely natural environments such as the sea and the forests, to nature as affected by man by the exploitation of resources in order to guarantee his survival. The windmill becomes the main character of this documentary film.
