Shot over the course of a year in rapidly changing Northeast Portland, Oregon.

'There goes the neighborhood' distills the visual experience of gentrification into a 3-minute time-lapse sequence.

It is a vivid, photographic ride. Starting with the demolition of a century-old home, the film offers evidence of some of what is lost and gained through redevelopment. It burns rubber through the construction of new luxury condominiums, and culminates in a satirical dig at the end result of gentrification.

Oneonta Gorge Tunnel on the Historic Columbia River Highway was built in 1914. It was closed in 1948 and re-opened in 2009.

A hike at Eagle Creek Trail in one of Oregon's most beautiful destinations, Columbia River Gorge, becomes a life or death scenario for 150 people, who are blocked from exiting - due to a wildfire.

With interviews from survivors who became their own rescuers, this documentary of the 2017 Eagle Creek Fire, features videos and photos from the hike, as well as testimony from the hikers of the harrowing experience that changed their lives.

The Columbia River Gorge is becoming a main destination for travelers all over the world and their impact presents both economic benefits and management challenges to the region.

When three explorer-type individuals find themselves in a dire situation, they use their wilderness acumen to band together to help coordinate and keep calm the wildfire survivors and hike 14 miles overnight, sandwiched between two blazes on the verge of spreading.

Over 12,000 farmers commit suicide in India every year, in light of this the filmmakers decided to make a film that it would be organically tied to the soil it is trying to give voice to.

All sculptures in the film have been made of soil collected from the barren farms of farmers who have committed suicide.

The film "Children of the Soil" is a thought provoking visual comment on events plaguing India's farmer community with its associated evils like starvation, debt trap, homelessness, deprivation, begging, suicides and urban migration to losing their very farmland that defines them.
